Detail Itinerary

Day 01 - NEGOMBO

Pickup from Bandaranaike International Airport and transfer to a hotel in Negombo to rest overnight

Day 02 - NEGOMBO – DAMBULLA – POLONNARUWA

After breakfast leave to Polonnaruwa.
Approximately 3.5 hour drive
On the way visit the famous Dambulla Rock Temple.

Day 03 - POLONNARUWA

After breakfast proceed to see the ruins in Polonnaruwa.
Overnight in Polonnaruwa.

Day 04 - POLONNARUWA – KANDY

After breakfast proceed Kandy.
Approximately 2.5 hour drive
On the way visit the Aluviharaya temple and spice garden in Matale.
Overnight at Kandy.

Day 05 - KANDY

After breakfast a visit to the famous Kandy temple of the tooth relic.
Then visit the royal botanical garden.
In the evening enjoy a cultural show.
Overnight at Kandy.

Day 06 - KANDY – NUWARA ELIYA

Proceed to Nuwara Eliya in the morning.
Approximately 2 hour drive.
On the way visit a working tea factory and the Ramboda falls.
In the evening a walk through the Hakkagala botanical garden.
Overnight in Nuwara Eliya.

Day 07 - NUWARA ELIYA – BANDARAWELA – NUWARA ELIYA

After breakfast visit the Dova temple and St Benedicts monastry in Bandarawela.
Overnight in Nuwara Eliya.

Day 08 - NUWARA ELIYA – KURAGALA – NEGOMBO

After breakfast leave to Kurunagala to visit the Darfter Jailani.
Approximately 3.5 hour drive
After that proceed to Negombo.
Approximately 2 hour drive

Day 09 - NEGOMBO

A relaxing day at the beach.

Day 13 - WELIGAMA - AIRPORT

Transfer to Airport. Approximately 3 hour drive.
